Carly qualified as a Registered Adult Nurse in Newcastle upon Tyne in 2004. She has worked in Newcastle Upon Tyne, Oxford, Northern Ireland, Peterborough and has worked overseas with the British Armed Forces, working for SSAFA.
She started her career in Intensive Care, moving into Trauma and Orthopaedics and Accident and Emergency before moving to Brunei Darussalam with the British Army working for SSAFA in Children’s Health and School Nursing.
She then moved to Germany where she continued to work as the children’s health lead nurse before moving back to the UK returning back to emergency medicine in Accident and Emergency and an Acute Medical Admissions Unit/general medicine. In 2014 Carly decided to work in urgent Care and is currently practising as an advanced nurse practitioner in primary care for the NHS.
NMC registered, an Independent nurse prescriber and a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Carly has recently applied to work towards her masters degree in advanced clinical practice.
Carly is fully insured with Hamilton Fraser; a specialist insurance company in aesthetic practice, is a member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses (BACN) and a Registered Practitioner with the Aesthetic Complications Expert Group.
